Riverstone 3000 - will not backup - connectivity issues error

I have several RS3k's that won't backup during my nightly backup job. I am using Configuration Manager 3.5.1, and telnet to get to the devices and export configs. When I validate the login, it logs in and performs a show version without any problems; however, when I choose to download configs, it says its sending and receiving data, from the device I see it log in, but it errors out with "Connectivity issues discarding config file".

Any help is appreciated

I recommend opening a case with support at https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalcasepage.nl?compid=638609&formid=12&h=3d0552f20b2e9bd6580b and provide the following information:

1. Enable session tracing by going to File->Settings->Session Trace and check the checkbox. Then right-click on the device and select Download Config and provide the session trace to support after the download fails.

2. Provide the following information from the Node Details window for the device.

System OID
Device Command Template value
Transfer Configs Using value
Receive Configs Using value

In order to do a show active or a show startup, I have to be in configure mode. I beleive that causes a problem...

Can you post the entire trace for a download operation? It's hard to tell what's going on with just those last lines.
