Device ignore list or a way to disable device management ?

Is there anyway to create a list of devices that Cirrus will ignore and not attempt to manage, or someway of just disabling Cirrus from attempting to manage them?

I'll try to explain it:

We have Orion and Cirrus on the same box, we do a scan/discovery in Orion every once in a while to pickup any devices we may have missed, which includes things like UPS's and other odd devices we monitor for availability. We then take that database and import it into Cirrus, odd devices and all. The problem is that obviously Cirrus doesn't know about these odd devices so we have a big 'ole list of unmanageable devices that Cirrus is trying to talk to which is a waste of cycles, besides us having to look at it. Sure, we can delete them, but when we do the import again they'll just show back up so we need a permanent solution.

I'd love to completely remove them from our device list, maybe have some sort of Blacklist that these devices are moved to so it sees them in the DB, but knows not to do anything or re import them again..

So are there any solutions to this, or am I asking for a feature request?

I create a group call "unmanageable" and leave them in there.  I have a another group called "retired" for preservation of configs for devices that have gone off the network.

If you're asking for the ability to have devices listed in Cirrus, but not actively polled for configurations, etc. - essentially, "unmanaging" them - Feature request.
