NCM v5 website error

I'm getting this when trying to goto my NCM v5 website:

Compilation error

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: CS0016: Could not write to output file 'c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\da6423b5\46a264b6\App_Code.s_ja6hni.dll' -- 'Access is denied. '

Can you please check that the account that IIS is running under has the write permissions to the c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files and the TEMP directory.

Thanks, the permission was missing on the TEMP dir

Seems that there is duplicate data entries within your database. I have no idea how this occured and requires further investigation.

I deleted the duplicate entries and it works now. I think this is because during our SSH troubleshooting, I had an eval version and the licensed version running on two separate servers but using the same database. I suspect this created those double entires.
