Cisco VPN Concentrators

Hi,

I am having trouble backing up my cisco VPN concentrators. I found a few threads on this issue but I'm still having a problem. I followed the below document however, when trying to dowload the config I still get the error:

Unable to locate or error loading device template. C:\Programfiles\solarwinds\config and management\device types\cisco3005vpnconcentrator.

I changed the device template and selected telnet, telnet, tftp. I have confirmed the template is in the correct file path.

Also I have a 3020, 3015 and a few other VPN concentrator models. Do you know where I can find template for those as well?

I am currently downloading the config via TFTP server and command line script. But I would like to do it this way for ease.

1. Place attached file in \SolarWinds\Configuration Management\DeviceTypes directory

2. Close Cirrus if open, then open Cirrus

3. Change Device Command Template from Auto Determine to Cisco VPN Concentrator

4. Verify that communication settings are set to telnet, telnet, TFTP
