I have a NetApp filer in Orion NCM. I mainly use NCM for Cisco device config management, but I want to be able to back up NetApp configs using Orion, if possible. Do I need a specific device template? I have searched thwack and not found an answer, maybe this isn't possible. Orion can login to the filer, but when I try to download the config, I get the message "Connectivity issues discarding config file. Device IP: x.x.x.x " and "Show not found" when I click the little button for more that shows the error details. So it is obviously trying to do Cisco show command to get the config and needs to have a NetApp specific command to download the config. Can a config template do that for me? Please let me know if this is possible or if anyone has done this, thanks!
