The hardware in my routers and switches doesn't change much so I perform a full inventory once a week. (Can't do it more often, it takes WAY too long). BUT, does anyone know which details I would select to keep port usage up to date? Devices move around a lot on my network and I need to be able to find them.
I'm hoping I can perform daily inventory jobs that will actually finish overnight if I trim down the info being pulled. As it is, I only have 400 devices but it takes over 7 hours to do a full inventory on them all.
