URL's to be whitelisted for rendering maps

Question

Hi all,

We are rendering Solarwinds from a secured/DMZ hosted server which have limited IP/URLs whitelisted externally. Trying to render maps using the mapquest https://www.mapquestapi.com

Connectivity to the whole WWW can't be enabled from these servers and hence probably the maps are not loading. Is it possible to get a comprehensive list of domain URL's which need t be whitelisted for the maps to work correctly?

Below is what we could gather, is there anything else which is missing -

* http://www.mapquestapi.com/
* https://www.mapquestapi.com/
* https://developer.mapquest.com/
* https://unpkg.com/
* http://geology.com/

This article indicates http://open.mapquestapi.com/ is also needed.
