can i monitor the traffic on Win2008 operating system using the net flow like network devices, if yes how i can.

Hi Ahmad,
You have two options here. If the server is connected to a layer 3 switch then you may be able to get NetFlow which can be used to monitor the traffic going to and from the server. Alternatively, you can also use a SPAN or mirror port on the switch that connects your servers. Almost all managed switches will have the option for setting up a SPAN port.
Do you just want to see what traffic is going to and from the server or do you need more info like what files or websites are been accessed?
