Record locking on Netflow Data

I am geting this mesaage in the Solarwinds.Net file and Info. Should they be a warning?? I am having a issue where I can not see all my collectors. I have 2 Box's running. One is the core Orion and the the other is a seperate polling engine with the netflow collectors a pair of 50DL and temp 500DL.
the SQL is on a shared 3rd box with other database's.
I believe this might be a SQL server issue??

Error Detail:Transaction (Process ID 152) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

This error occurs when Microsoft SQL Server encounters a deadlock. A deadlock occurs when two (or more) processes attempt to access a resource that the other process holds a lock on. Because each process has a request for another resource, neither process can be completed.

Then am I to understand that this could be the reason I am not seeing all of my collectors on the web site?
