Logs are not written on syslog server

i have configured the rsyslog in our system was running fine, but today when i checked not getting any trace in tcpdump and no output for 

sudo netstat -taupn | grep syslog

Also getting bellow error in status of rsyslog

[maxis@kpgmgr-1 ~]$ sudo systemctl status rsyslog.service
