I am a new user trying to install and configure KiwiCat. I have everything installed. I can manually input devices and have them copy config files. I have exported my devices from Solarwinds in a tab delineated .txt file. I can open the file and see the data. When I try to import them to KiwiCat, I get a message that says "Could not read [filename] or file empty."
I am guessing that the fields I am selecting out of Solarwinds are not matching what KiwiCat is looking for, but I do not know what the right fields to check are, or if this is even the problem.
