Cisco Catalyst C2960S % Invalid input detected at '^' marker error

Hi,

I'm struggling with sending commands to Cisco Catalyst C2960S. I want to create a local user and change enable password and that's what I'm getting in report:

username localadm secret 0 ###############
^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Admin-SW-FR21-1#
enable secret 0 ###############
^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Any idea how can I fix it?
