I am no longer able to backup ASCII config on my ERS8610 after upgrading Kiwi CatTool from 3.5.0 to 3.10.0. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue?

Yes, I am getting connection errors. I am getting "Failed to connect to x.x.x. Reason: No response from remote host. Will try again." error messages. However, I performed the same type of activity on the old server that is still running version 3.5.0 and it works.
It is possible that the device script has changed. Which device have you selected?

I think I know the reason why my ERS8600 is not backing up and it maybe because of our firewall. The ERS8600s are our border routers that sit outside our perimeter firewall. I have forwarded this issue with our Network Security team. I'll update once I get a confirmation.

Just wanted to let you know that I am able to backup my ERS8600s now. The issue was my firewall; it didn't have the policy for the new server that KiwiCatTool version 3.10.0 was on.
