Dear Sir/Madam,
When using CatTools version 3.10.x we don't receive any e-mail when a scheduled job is completed.
Only inside CatTools we get the message: error with schedule. Nothing else after it but, we do receive an e-mail when we use test the e-mail settings.
So we where wondering, if you guys might have some ideas where we should look at?
The Solarwinds Customer Service did forward us to this forum. So hopefully you guys are able to help us out here.
