Hi Chito - when you get the devices, if you could send us a capture from the device(s) we can then evaluate whether that will be sufficient to add support or if we will need more information, or if we will need to be able to directly connect to them. Please let us know - we would like to work on this with you.

In Japan, there are a lot of Alaxala users. Also, existing CatTools users hope that CatTools adds Alaxala devices support.

We are ready to use Alaxala 3530S. We can use it to create the script until April 4.

How should I send you the capture file? Should I open a case?

Hi Chito - thank you so much! Yes, if you could open a case, I will tell support to expect it and they have a special system to make it very easy to upload files.

I opened a case(Case #227806) and sent the capture file.

Also, we can use AX1240S from Mar 23 to Apr 4.
