Cat Tools not working with Tacacs

Question

Hi All

I am running Cat Tools 3.5, and I cannot get the back ups to work when I use Tacacs to login to the router/switch.

It works fine with local logins, the error message I get back is "Did not recieve username entry prompt from CiscoSwitchIOS" I have tried all viaritions by adding the details into VTY prompt SSH prompt(thou using telnet)

The tacacs login prompt is Username: which is what is expected and solarwinds should accept, any help would be appricated

Hi Noel,

Can you raise a support ticket as we'd need to get the CatTools diagnostics files from you (which for the device debuglog file may have sensitive information in), in order to investigate the issue further.
