Error with schedule: Report.X-Ref.Port MAC ARP (ALL SWITCHES)

Question

When running the following activity, I get the following error.  Has anyone ran into this before?

I also have a "Error info table" report including 92 switches which fails sometimes. Support told me to break up the report into several smaller reports.

I have a 131 switches it is creating the report for.  Every other activity works fine accept for this report "Report-X.Ref.Port MAC ARP".  I am guessing its just to much data for Cattools to handle like you said.

Hi!

How many switches are included in the report? I had to divide the X-Ref report for our headquarter location because CatTools couldn't handle the number of switches in the report (129). Now I have 4 reports (one per building) with fewer switches per report.
