Has anyone dealt with PA 5020 blocking IPAM scans due to port scan block/throttling rules - 100 ICMP requests within 10 second span are blocked by PA.
I'm trying to work with the PA Admin on a solution.

Hello I've seen this a few times, not always PA but it has to be adjusted on your Firewall as an exception or expanded to allow that to happen. the other choice is to swap off polling in IPAM from ICMP and just use SNMP neighbor scanning or DHCP to pull in data.
