Actually I already gone through shared links, but it's not containing any API through which we can fetch Subnet details like friendly name of subnet, all available IP in particular subnet and assigned custom properties for subnet or Ip's. I am seeking for Get or fetch type rest API.

You may want to try the SWQL Studio (if you haven't already).  There's an IPAM section there:

I scrolled through to the IPAM.Subnet entity, there's a field for FriendlyName in that entity.  Is this what you're looking for?
