IPAM - DHCP and DNS Windows service account permissions

I have recently installed the IPAM module and wish to set up our DHCP and DNS servers. Please could somebody advise what permissions the Windows account will need to add and manage the DHCP and DNS servers into IPAM.

All the info is at:
Administrator Guide
Specficially for DHCP:
Add or edit Windows credentials
And DNS is pulled via WMI so its admin rights or you can delegate it:
DNS server WMI permissions
