The remote SolarWinds servers have been added to EOC successfully. I am having a difficult time importing the maps that were created for nodes on the remote SolarWinds servers into the EOC console. I have been on the phone with SolarWinds tech support with no success. Some of the troubleshooting solutions includes files/folders permission issues verification; checking the MapStudioFiles in the database for missing information; checking the EOCMapConverter logs on the EOC server to verify errors.
I have assigned this task with an urgent time for completion. Any additional assistance is greatly appreciated.
