Auto launching Programs under Windows 2000

Can anyone help me determine how to launch some of the monitor tools (syslog, Bandwidth monitor) and multiple instances of other programs (Advanced CPU usage for multiple routers) when the server is rebooted?

only way I found that works is to set to workstation to auto-login and then add shortcuts of the applications into the startup folder. If you are security aware, you can also add the screensave application with password protection to lock out the workstation after login.
