We are looking for method to monitor SSIS packages and were hoping to utilize DPA for this but I can't seem to locate any documentation concerning this or if it is even possilbe to use DPA.

Hi Ric
Maybe there is a workaround of "monitoring" SSIS packages. What do you want to exactly monitor?
I'm just thinking about the option to query the MS SQL integration service catalog views ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/integration-services/system-views/views-integration-services-catalog ).
And then combine it with an custom alert ( https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/dpa/content/dpa-create-custom-alert.htm )
It's not out of the box but if you have already DPA installed you can add some simple SSIS monitoring.
Just an idea ;)
