Are you trying to break SQL Express Dependencies? Try this

The batch file included will uninstall SQL Express 2016 instance of SOLARWINDS_ORION and will remove dependencies on SQL Eval in regards to Orion 2017.X services. Unzip and unblock batch file then run on Orion Server as administrator.
