Group Templates -in which order are the groups sorted or can defined which group should be used without searching?

We are usinge group templates for group memberships. When there are groups which start identical (for example Group "IT" and Group "IT-Network") the other group is used. even if we use one line per group, put the group name in quotation marks or end it with a semicolon. We look for "IT" and the first one selcted is "IT-Network. Is there a possibilty to set the exact SAM Account name or SID and there are no other options than the groups in the template?
