It would be nice to be able to track time on tasks, and then have that time also added back to the original ticket/change that the task was assigned from. Ability to mass update tickets with track time entry and have automation rules add track time entries e.g. system generated alerts become closed via automation rule to add a track time of 1 minute with description of system generated.
