Recently clients have reported they are not receiving notifications when they create a ticket or when a ticket is closed to their email account. Is there a way we can confirm this notification setting is turned on from the client account.
In the Web Help Desk Client login view, the filters need to be selected each time a user logs in. It is convenient if the user can save their preferences. This way, they won't have to select the filters each time they log in.

In current version of Serv-U MFT(v15.1) file size is checked on the server side during upload operations. This causes the file to be uploaded to the server as long as the limit on the configuration is reached which increases the traffic on the network. File size should be checked on the client side.
