Have the option to remove the new ticket creation "plus" sign that's in the upper right side from the Platform view for agents. For those of us who utilize more than one instance of SolarWinds service desk in our organizations, it would be helpful to also be able to brand the agent platform interface so it is easier to distinguish which instance you are in as an agent. Even just being able to select a different color scheme would help.
