Has anyone noticed that the "blue person with a plus sign" icon to "auto-assign a tech" in a ticket view, and the "assign to me and edit" in the group ticket view are the same icon, but perform different functions? Can someone at Solarwinds change this? At least change the color of the icon, to show that its the same…
