Has there been any changes in the VNQM CDR retention capability? Would it be possible to change the retention period to 1 or even 2 years? I know it will also depend on the call volume but we are a medium sized organization with about 5-600 users.

Has anyone developed a VNQM report that shows all operations with all configured operation settings and their values (OperationName, Description, Frequency, Thresholds, Advanced parameters - TOS, Source Address, Target Address, Codec, Port, etc.). I don't understand why this isn't a VNQM OOTB report already.
