JPGs in WebHelp Notes and Request Detail
Our client frequently send us screen shots in our current system. Likewise for instructions we put in the Notes field, we like to embedd JPGs with step by step instructions. It appears that JPGs can only be sent as attachements. That eliminates the ability to send step by step instructions. Suggestions?
