Service Actions for ARM Admin not available anymore
The newest ARM version 2025.4.0.381 supresses the selection of "Service Actions" in Cockpit area for an ARM administrator. A dataowner role can select and execute it if the dataOwner configuration was done properly. But unfortunately ARM-admins cannot be part of the dataOwner configuration. Any idea? Norbert

We would like to use the activate mail box feature also in the web client. Our helpdesk could create a users mailbox and this would be very helpfully. Thanks in advance.
Dashboard: make bot ADs (on prem and AzureAD) available (Web- and RichClient)
Hello! I wonder if it would be a great to have both ADs (on prem and AZureAD) in the Dashboard. For both - WebClient and RichClient. I think this is a good idea, because most users have actually a hybrid infrastructure and not only on prem AD. Thank you!
out of office functionality>web client
Hello Team, we are using for example the "IT-Helpdesk" role and it would be helpful for this kind of users, to change the out of office settings from mailbox users. Right now this is just possible in the fat client. But these users should habe no access there. Could this please be added? Thanks in advance

Filter option in Risk Assessment Dashboard
We have a lot of system users in action whose passwords usually do not expire. These users are in a separate OU and they usually don't log in anywhere. enable several user at the same time
It is possible to disable many user at the ARM web client but it is not possible to enable the user. I think it would be a nice feature if you can enable several user in one step.
WEB-Client: Alias for AD extensionattribute should be available in any areas (Change account, ..)
In pnconfig.xml we habe assigned an alias to "extensionattribute1" in AD. But when we use "Change Account" in Web-Client it still does show "extensionattribute1". It would be great if the Alias would also replace the AD attrute name on any places in the software.
FEATURE REQUEST: Soft Delete via Web Client
There is only an option to Soft Delete accounts from the analyze scenario but not directly via the Cockpit. I'm pretty sure that was possible in the past. Probably it's more a bug then a feature request
