I want to be able to give my alerts custom severity levels. Like Priority 1, P2, Gold, Silver, RED, BLACK ALERT! There currently isn't enough choice to feed into our service desk.
Currently in my Web Help Desk environment I would like to change our Tech groups to a leveled structure. When doing so I would greatly enjoy being able to edit the level names more than just a number. Has anyone ventured out and attempted to configure this to there WHD application already?
