I've noticed that the interface details show the actual total inbound PPS on an interface, so including any multicast and what not. As i'm working in a high-usage multicast environment, i'd like to see those total numbers in the "Min/Max/Average packets In/Out" graph on the interface-view as well, which only shows unicast…
When I choose direction of traffic this graph shows equal values in received and transmitted strings and doubles traffic value. To see correct value I should unckeck on of the boxes below graph regardless of traffic direction. Ingress traffic: Egress traffic: When I choose traffic graph for both directions in strings below…
hello! So...I'm having trouble with the interface detail chart "min/max/average bps in/out" this is what I used to see...notice all four data types displayed (min/max receive, min/max transmit, average receive bps, and average transmit bps) now, suddenly today i go to run the same report and i get this (only shows…
Has anyone else been able to monitor any sub-interfaces on Juniper Netscreen products? I've setup a UDP but that doesn't offer the results we're looking for, not to mention the fact that I have 450 of these to monitor. I'm curious whether I'm the only one having this problem, or if this is known limitation with the product.
I need to know how this bps comes about. What we see is that on the Cisco switch the interace 5 minute input rate and the 5 minute output rate is different then what is showing up in Orion. When I talk about different I do not mean a few bps different but more like 50% or more less. So what MIB is used to get this…
Hi, When I drill into the Interface details on eg. a Router in NPM and compare the 2 charts: Min/Max/Average bps In/Out & Percent Utilization - Line Chart they are showing exactly the same info. Shouldnt the Percent Utilization chart show y-axis as percent from 0-100% instead of showing eg. 0,0bps - 1,6Mbps ? Best regards…
How do I review 2 interfaces on the same router? I see where the reports is looking for both interfaces, but where do I modify the report to view both interfaces? I'm using the page - NetPerfMon/InterfaceDetails.aspx Can I modify this to include 2 interfaces? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
