Hi Thwack Community, Has any one managed to route HelpDesk tickets into Slack? We have routed SolarWinds alerts into a slack channel via a "incoming webhook" which works beautifully. I have setup the Help Desk (v 12.0) to merge with NPM (v 10.5). When I have a specific node go down, Help Desk creates a ticket based on the downed status of that node. Has anyone combined a ticket field with a node name and status field so that a down staus node can have OPS input a ticket number and have that reflected in network summary for all to see? Such as the figment below ...... -Ron
