You mostly use clone when you're getting the same call over and over and over. We always relate all subsequent calls to the original so its all in one place. When implementing changes they sometime don't turn out as expected and you have to roll them back, then re-submit a new change once you've figured it out. Having the ability to relate/link these changes together would be useful; similar to how you can relate/link incidents together
