Please consider allowing a map to be exported into GraphML (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GraphML) so that it can be viewed differently and shared with others in a common format.
I'd like to see more ways of mapping objects on a page, using different algorithms. I use a product called yEd Graph Editor that provides dozens of ways to display icons on a page. Please have a look at what they do and see if you can include some of their ideas.
Sometimes its difficult to persuade an organisation to allow you to get your monitoring tentacles deep into their environment. It feels like an uphill battle. I've had many internal meetings recently, where my colleagues quiz me about the dangers of letting Solarwinds inspect the network using SNMP / WMI. Supportability by…
Hi, is there an option to move all the Interface names some milliters away? Cant read all after i print it...
Currently, the software is configured to get host names via SNMP or WMI using authentication. I personally think that most users would enjoy a simple scan that detected all your windows hosts without any WMI or SNMP troubleshooting. Please vote if you want to have this feature added to NTM.

I would like to see some enhancements for the map layouts. I am currently mapping 89 devices, which includes only our cisco devices (core and switches). I mapped them using each of the map layouts to see which one provided the best map. I'm only showing the link speed and layer 2. I attached the map navigators for each…
I am using the new network topology mapper to map out 80 or so switches connected to a core 6509 and from there they are daisy chained ect.....in the NTM and in a Visio export the icons are so small that when i print them on the plotter they are unreadable. Even when I change the print preferences to use smaller dimensions…
Aloha.... Okay, maybe I am just overlooking it, but I can not seem to find where I can export the data from the Switch Port Mapper in the Studio window. I see I can use the v9 version of it stand alone but I like the fact that there is additional column I can get with the v10 of the tool (I can now pull the vlan each…
