Just thinking it would be really helpful if Web Help Desk had the ability to add a scheduled event to an Outlook, or other external, calendar. Even a Google calendar option perhaps.
Anyone else having issue with the Room number changing on clients? The Room is 104 in the client window, she goes to create a new ticket and the Room is 315. Really annoying for the client, why aren't those two fields in sync? Doesn't matter which browser she uses. Web Help Desk Version 12.5.2 - Build #12.5.2.84
