As we update any tickets with the Bulk Update functionality, there should be an option to write comment as well. Similarly, as we are updating ticket state to resolve by opening ticket then resolution description comment box is appearing. Same thing is not appearing while doing bulk ops from summary view.
Would love to see the ability to Update Record or Stop Process when only one approver declines even though we have 2 approvers listed in the approval process with approval conditions set to Only one required to approve. We really need to Close/Resolve a form once declined this would help with any lingering open tickets…
How it works now If you use the custom Resolved status to auto-close tickets after X amount of days, it will close the ticket even if you have unmet required checklist items.
