When attaching a file to a ticket a .dms is downloaded
We have just upgraded to version 12.6 and now everytime I go to attach a document to a ticket two empty files are downloaded during the process. On the first click "empty.dms" is downloaded and on the upload "upload.dms" is downloaded. Anyone seeing anything similar? Info: OS: OSX 10.14 Browser: Safari v. 12
