At the moment in Pingdom Real User Monitoring is not possible to filter by certain hours. I request the possibility to filter by certain hours (e.g: commercial hours) or given the possibility to extract the RUM data to be able to filter out of the tool
Currently, Pingdom’s Real User Monitoring (RUM) shows only the top 51 entries by design. I like to request to show all entries in the Top Pages of RUM and view pages beyond the top 51.
I have domain x.com and I have subdomain sub1.x.com x.com will work great with RUM >>is hosted by 3rd party sub1.x.com I cannot get to function >> is on prem (will only support https) https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/pingdom/i/feature-requests says this is available for subdomains? but this documentation seems…
I would like to see aggregate detail for browser versions (e.g. telling me "Chrome 110", not just "Chrome") and user agent resolution ("1920x1080") in Pingdom's RUM. It would be enormously helpful to know what browser version our users have, and also be able to filter the Apdex by specific browser version. It's also quite…
We would use RUM much more with Pingdom if it supported single page applications such as Angluar. Most other APM companies already support this feature. I would like to understand if/when this RFE is going to be on the roadmap. Without SPA support, the RUM metrics are not valuable. Thanks, Matt

A ticket for this only resulted in the suggestion of a workaround which we had already been using (Custom HTML Resource in the views). It would be nice if there was some integration between Pingdom and Orion for RUM…
As a Pingdom RUM user, I want to be able to use Pingdom RUM in a native mobile app.
As a Pingdom RUM user, I want to be able to see captured client-side (web browser) errors such as js errors and see reports on those error rates in my Pingdom RUM dashboard.
As a Pingdom RUM user, I want to be able to see my user interactions with waterfall reports, the kind of critical information to have when troubleshooting load time spikes for example.
As a Pingdom RUM user, I want to be able to pinpoint the geographic location of my real users and their experience more granularly than I can today in my RUM reports. For example, I'd like to see all US states and perhaps even regions within large countries such as Russia, China, India, Brazil, etc.
