If the SolarWinds in integrated with ServiceNow we can able to see the Incident Number and Assigned To(user/Group) in the alert console for each alert. it would be great if we get the some more fields called Incident state, last update in incident etc..
In Alerts & Activity -> Events one can filter events with source network objects, but since integration of SAM not only network objects are source of Events. It would be great to review all Events generated by given application template (no matter on which serwer/network node it is installed).
