From the ADMIN side, we are able to assign assets to users. We can do a search of the user name and see the different assets assigned to those users. When creating a ticket (incident). The users, Site and Department already pre-populate when loading the form or selecting a different Requester. I would like to see an option for the Users Phone Number to be added and pre-populated on the Incident form.
