I demoed Genuity helpdesk for fun and they offer some nice features. their helpdesk isn't a robust as swsd but they do have contract, ISP (service provider), and vendor management and have breakdown reports based on cost per vendor, license tie in to Okta, Microsoft, Salesforce etc as well.
We would like to have the ability to add custom fields to the procurement section templates such as Vendors and Purchase Orders Ultimately this allows us to tailor the tool to our organizations needs. Currently the template is very standard across the board and we would like more custom functionality.
Some vendors have multiple contacts, and each contact has a different reason why you may contact the (An account representative, customer service rep, etc.) It would be nice if we could add multiple contacts, each with fields like name, phone number, email, title, and note.
