I have the WHD mobile app installed but I'm unable to login. At some point my WHD account gets locked out. What am I doing wrong?
When you log a ticket via email and this creates a new ticket on WHD. WHD decides to CC an external email address even though you did not CC anyone on your initial email. Has this happened to anyone? SW support confirmed that this is a bug since 12.5.x but I am surprise I cannot find anyone reporting this. WHD 12.6
