I would like to see the ability to force techs to only have the "save and e-mail" option instead of just save. This would eliminate techs "forgetting" to notify the clients when they provide updates or close tickets.

In my Thwack community settings, how do I get replies to a post sent out to my e-mail address? I thought this was set up by default but I haven't received any e-mails generated for responses to my post. I am registered in the Thwack community with my work e-mail. Any help would be appreciated.
