We should be able to add further customizations to the service desk email notifications like adding branding logos and html codes. Currently, we are only able to customize the email contents, but adding capability to add corporate branding to the email notifications would be a very useful feature
Currently the bot shows up as "SolarWinds Service Desk" with the SolarWinds logo. It would be nice to be able to rename this bot and update the log on it to reflect each companies branding.
For those of us who utilize more than one instance of SolarWinds service desk in our organizations, it would be helpful to also be able to brand the agent platform interface so it is easier to distinguish which instance you are in as an agent. Even just being able to select a different color scheme would help.

Is there anyway to remove the solar winds branding/header from the reports? Thanks in advanced. Remove this from what shows in email attachments. To look more how it is when viewing in Report Writer
