Not triggering a reset action if you didnt trigger the trigger action?

Hello all, I have a question on not sending a reset action.  Currently I have my alerts setup so if a remote site goes offline at night, it has to remain offline for 15 minutes before i get an email alert.  This is working and small internet outages in the middle of the night dont send alerts, however, the reset alert does get sent.

Is there a way to not send the reset action email, if the trigger action email was not sent?

An alert should not reset if it was never triggered. Did you define this 15 minute delay as part of the Alert Escalation tab or Trigger Condition tab?
