Hi,
I have an Orion NPM running on a single Xeon with 1g of ram. Will all services running on it the server is very slow, so I am about to move the SQL off box to a seperate running server to off-load the process of SQL database.
I wanted to know, is it possible to run the polling services for device statistics on seperate servers? Or does this service HAVE to run on the NPM server?
If so, how can I move the statistics polling to a seperate server? I would like the routers to be polled from 1 server, and switches from another server to gather information for Orion running on a seperate server.
