SNMP config request

Hi,

I'm trying to trigger a TFTP transfer using SNMP. The device I want to backup is a Cabletron SS2210 Menu-based. It would be easier to trigger it with SNMP than using Telnet.

I entered the community strings for my device in NCM. I discovered it and gave me the information in the Discovered Properties.

So what I did basically is set the field Request Config Using to SNMP and left the Transfer Config Using TFTP.

When I started the download it gave me this error: The Device is not a Cisco device,TFTP Host: 10.247.87.34. Device IP: 172.23.0.5

Can the config request by SNMP be done only with Ciscos?

The OID used by NCM to request the config through SNMP is exposed in the Cisco MIBs. So this is only available on Cisco. Do you have the OID that Cabletron uses to request configs?
